We found Lauren at a time when we knew our daughter needed more support, but we were getting conflicting information and didn’t fully understand what was happening. Lauren helped us understand our daughter through a completely different lens, and suddenly so much of what we were seeing made sense. She gave us hope.

Lauren gave us concrete tools we could actually use, collaborated with her school, and consistently advocated for what our daughter needed. She helped us better understand how to support her while also empowering us to advocate for her along the way.

There is a mountain of parenting advice out there. There are thousands and thousands of studies on child development and a million ways to interpret them. The difference in working with Lauren is that none of her advice is generic. She understands that there are different children with different responses who need different approaches to help them develop into healthy, happy, well adjusted human beings. We have 4 kids and I often feel like we got natures variety pack, each of them such completely unique people. She has a true gift in understanding what the drivers are underneath their behaviors and giving concrete, tactical advice to help us help them.

It’s never, “have patience and take a deep breath”. It’s tailored for each child and “Let me know how that goes and we can adjust the plan if we need to.”  

The lessons don’t only benefit the kids either. Sometimes I need to hear the same things and it heals us both. She’s worth the investment and then some.
